The principal of Jackson Advisory is Nicholas Jackson, who was a director and shareholder of a global management consulting firm before setting up his own consultancy in 2012.

Nicholas has consulted to executives in the telecommunications, energy, mining, industrial manufacturing, property, consumer goods, government and professional services sectors.  He has advised the boards of long-established public companies, companies planning IPOs, government-owned businesses preparing for privatization and organisations engaged in mergers and acquisitions.

He has consulted across Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia, China and the Middle East – where he recently led a major project related to Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.

Nicholas was previously a human resources executive, initially in a multi-national oil company and later a government-own gas utility. He holds a B.A. /M.A. (Prelim) from the University of Melbourne and an MBA from Monash University. He is also the director of an aged care provider and a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
